To apply basic scientific knowledge in natural (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology) and social sciences to solve practical problems within the field of Resource and Environmental Management.

To apply fundamental environmental knowledge (general environmental studies, earth sciences) as a scientific basis to address practical issues in the field of Resource and Environmental Management.

To apply fundamental environmental knowledge in soil, water, and air; management and scientific technology, practical knowledge, and the reciprocal interactions between humans and the environment.
