Purposes
1.  To conduct interview for students, lectures who are interested in studying in NCU and issue admission and scholarships for qualified students or lectures during the interview.
2.   To introduce the research in NCU and try to find faculty members in HCMUS who are interested in collaborating with Professors from NCU.
3.   To set up connection between NCU and HCMUS faculty members.
